Mr. Chance represents lenders, developers, buyers and sellers in the acquisition, disposition and financing of improved and unimproved real estate. He has represented hotel, shopping center, apartment and office building developers; commercial and residential project owners; timber owners; lenders and borrowers; individual entrepreneurs; corporations making multi-state sales of facilities and land holdings; landlords and tenants leasing office and retail space, as well as residential space; and parties to condemnation proceedings.

Mr. Chance has completed transactions including:

  • Financing for commercial retail developments
  • Hotel and apartment complex financing
  • Multi-state sales and lease-backs of retail stores

Prior to opening Chance Law Office, PLLC, Mr. Chance was a partner with Zeleskey Law Firm PLLC. Earlier in his career he was an officer of Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Chance is an active member of his community and church.
